We are proud to offer 100% grass fed Uncured Beef Hot Dogs, Uncured Jalapeño Sausages, and Uncured Polish Sausages! Our natural hotdogs and sausages are truly with no antibiotics or added hormones, as well as no nitrates or nitrites added. All of our hot dogs and sausages are gluten- and MSG-free.

Our hot dogs and sausages are perfect for a healthy, quick fix for kids, as they are skinless and fully cooked. Throw these items in a traditional American Hot Dog or a Jalapeño Sausage, Egg, and Cheese scramble.

Chicago Style Hot Dog


  • 1 package Grass Run Farms Uncured Beef Hot Dogs
  • 1 package poppy seed hot dog buns
  • 1 cup yellow mustard
  • 1 cup sweet green pickle relish
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 6 dill pickle spears
  • 12 sport peppers
  • Celery salt for seasoning


Fire up the grill. When hot, place hot dogs on grill and cook until done. Remove hot dogs and set aside. Either steam or grill the buns until warm. Place hot dog in warm bun and pile on the toppings in this order: yellow mustard, sweet green pickle relish, onion, tomato wedges, pickle spear, sport peppers, and celery salt. The tomatoes should be nestled between the hot dog and the top of the bun. Place the pickle between the hot dog and the bottom of the bun.


Note: According to, 145°F is the minimum safe temperature for beef, pork, and lamb.
